“Very are glad we selected First Call. Dan was very easy to work with and very responsive. His knowledge was invaluable. Really appreciated his approach, which ended up saving us money. Other contractors just wanted to tear it all out and gave us bids based on just that. Dan explained why we should should only go so far, assess the damage and then move forward from there. This was the right approach for us (We didn’t need to just tear it all out!).
We had to delay the start of work due to testing positive to Covid. Dan was able to reschedule the work without any problems. We had some issues with our (former) insurance carrier and Dan stepped right in and assisted. The work was well done. We were very pleased with the outcome. We called First Call based on a referral from a neighbor and will be referring anyone we know who needs their services.
