I hired Paul (Wayne) after a house fire. After a series of frustrations with a previous contractor that I had to let go, I found Wayne. The experience after a fire is more frustrating than you even expect for so many reasons, but Wayne was the easy part. He was reliable, communicative, responsive, and most importantly I sensed that I could fully trust him to restore the house to the quality expected. In contrast to the last contractor, he wasn’t going to nickel and dime me, would advocate for me with the insurance company, and was flexible to small tweaks to ensure I got what I wanted. My restoration included a completely gutted kitchen, which was rebuilt with attention to detail and craftsmanship. Would recommend Wayne without a doubt.
I cannot speak highly enough about our experience with First Call. We initially contacted First call after a recommendation when a previous company missed a significant amount of mold and water damage during their remediation. Brad with First Call’s remediation team came out and was kind and thoughtful and incredibly thorough. Him and his guys were able to quickly remediate all of the mold and water damage and went above and beyond.
Wayne and his team then helped us with reconstruction. Wayne was so intentional and kind and an excellent communicator. He explained everything to us in detail and was always making sure we felt comfortable and confident in the plan. He was readily available to us and quick to resolve any issues that came up. They did an amazing job and our house looks better than before.
Everyone we interacted with at First Call made a stressful situation feel so approachable and no longer overwhelming. I cannot speak highly enough of them and if you find yourself in the unfortunate position with water damage or mold, do not hesitate to use First Call!

This crew replaced Sheetrock and repainted the basement wall. They also repaired our suspended ceiling, which had also been damaged by previous wall movement. The crew was punctual, polite, and very efficient. I would recommend them to anyone that needs this type of work done.
Dan Murphy and his crews were excellent in the restoration of our basement after foundation work. All crew members were professional, polite, respectful of our property and of family members they met. When Dan said they would be here to work, they were here! It was quite a job with the put-back, and each and every crew member did his part as well as a superb job of clean-up afterwards. I would highly recommend Dan Murphy and First Call Restoration!
